欧洲市场销售总监

Primary responsibility is to plan, build and lead the Europe Sales team. Establish sales quotas/goals. Must have proven track-record of sales and/or business development of products and solutions withinthe high technology industry. Good understanding of the trends, challenges and technologies, within Electronics Manufacturing with a focus on the consumer electronics industry. Experience working with or related to tier1 electronic manufacturers.

Essential Functions/Duties:

Identify needs of existing and new clients.
Perform organizational planning, have business sense and finance/budgeting.
Must work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Assure proper quotes and details are provided to clients.
Identify and search for new opportunities in the European Market.
Interacting with other department heads and contributing to critical corporate decisions and strategic initiatives.
Working with sales and product leadership to exploit business development opportunities and partnerships that open new markets and expand the market share.
Recognizing opportunities for improving business performance and increasing customer success; recommending and implementing corrective action as needed.
Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Perform other related tasks as needed to support success of Overseas Sales Team.

Travel:

This position requires domestic and international travels as needed.

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge and experience of semiconductor process and equipment consumer electronics companies utilizing Favored Tech products.
10+ years of experience.
Four year college degree required.
Must have high level skills on presentation, persuasion and relationship building skills.
Requires excellent communications skills with all levels of internal and externals contacts (verbal, written and listening).
Job Type: Full-time.

Experience:

Sales: 10+ years (Preferred).

Good understanding of the trends, challenges and technologies, within Electronics Manufacturing with a focus on the consumer electronics industry. Experience working with or related to Apple, Amazon and other top tier companies.
